Each applicant is required to submit to the Office of Research & Training (Room No 5, Second Floor), Department of Students Affairs, College of Graduate Studies the following documents during the official hours from 8 am -12 noon :

1. Copy of the Civil Identity Card (and the original should be produced for verification).

2. Two colored passport size photographs.

3. Registration fees KD 30/-

The registration began from Monday 8 November 2009, and registration shall continue until the number of the registered students reaches 100.

The TOEFL results can be obtained (from the same office) after three weeks from the examination.
